Requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) are to be submitted to the FOIA Officer in writing via postal mail, fax, email, or in person at the address listed below.
A FOIA request form is available online or at any Gower School District 62 facility and may be used when making a FOIA request, however, the use of this form is not required.
The FOIA Officer will respond to the party making the request within the required timeline from date of receipt of the request.

No fees will be charged for the first 50 pages of black and white, letter or legal size copies. Beyond 50 pages, the charge will be 15 cents per page. Actual cost will be charged for other documents not of standard size, color copies, or disks. There will be a $1.00 fee for certifying documents.
